Super Easy Chili
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 large onion -- chopped
- 2 cans red kidney beans -- drained
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pinch paprika
- pinch salt and pepper
- 2 chiles serranos
Directions
- Heat oil in pan. Add onion and cook over medium heat until softened.
- Add kidney beans and tomatoes and then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a slight boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve.
